AVN Artist Management provides management, booking, career consulting, PR and marketing support, as well as label and publishing mediation for artists. The exact scope of services is determined individually in written agreements with each artist or partner.

4. Contracts with Artists & Partners

5. Fees & Payment

  • Fees for services are determined individually by contract.

  • Unless otherwise stated, all amounts are net and subject to applicable VAT.

  • Payments are due as agreed in the individual contract.

 

6. Liability

  • AVN Artist Management is liable only for intent and gross negligence.

  • We assume no liability for indirect or consequential damages, in particular loss of profit, unless required by law.

  • Liability for external links or third-party content is excluded; responsibility lies with the respective provider.

 

7. Intellectual Property
