AVN Artist Management is a boutique music management agency, founded by Malin Plegge in 2025 as part of MERK Solutions GmbH.
We guide exceptional artists towards sustainable, long-term success in the international music industry. Our approach is strategic, modern, and deeply personal – built on trust, creative freedom, and lasting partnerships. We work selectively with a small roster of artists, ensuring each receives the focused attention, tailored strategy, and professional support required to build a career that lasts.
